Hello friends! I am so excited to start this journey, and I can’t thank you enough for tuning in to join me.

Starting a style blog has been on my bucket list for a long time. I actually started one – a very bad one – about eight years ago. But I didn’t have a clear vision for it, and soon, other things like school, studying abroad, working, getting married, and spending four years on the AIGA Baltimore board, took priority.

For a while, I felt like I missed the boat on doing something like this. First, I was thisclose to studying fashion design in college – but my pragmatic side led me to international business and marketing instead. Years later another door opened when, for graduate school, I was accepted into the costume studies program at NYU – but again, alternatively decided to pursue design management at the Savannah College of Art and Design.

Finally, I have the focus to make this happen.

This blog will be an outlet for my creativity, a way to share my personal style and inspiration, and a way to get experience in an industry I have always been drawn to. I plan to do this with a commitment to inspiring visuals, meaningful stories, and a dash of humor. So I hope you’ll stay tuned. This is going to be fun!
