When I launched this blog in October, I took my time thinking about The Primpy Sheep brand. I considered the kind of content I wanted to create (fashion, travel, textiles, and design, but not beauty or fitness), and how I would choose collaborators. It’s important to me to stay true to my personal style and only work with brands that really align with my vision. That’s why I was excited when Frank And Oak reached out to me earlier this month. After browsing their products, I was quickly impressed with their high-quality materials, attention to detail, and thoughtful neutral color palette.
I styled the drapey tee and chunky cotton sweater featured in these looks for their #sheisFO campaign, which focuses on women who inspire creativity and confidence. Scroll to the bottom for more details.
With transitional spring weather on my mind, I had a lot of fun with these two pieces. The drapey modal tee paired beautifully with flowy silk pants and statement accessories. You could throw a blazer on top and swap the sandals for pumps to look office appropriate.
Bag | Cult Gaia Gaia’s Ark mini bag in natural
Shoes | M. Gemi Tenda satin fringe sandals – very limited stock. These Salvatore Ferragamo sandals are also gorgeous.
Necklace and ring | From brandless silver shops in Thailand, but this chain necklace and this ring from Another Feather would also look amazing
Sunglasses | Warby Parker Downing 16 in Whiskey Tortoise – they have a similar style here
Top | Frank and Oak fluid v-neck tee in washed spice
Pants | Grana women’s silk straight-leg pants
I matched the cotton sweater with a pleated midi skirt and bold fringe earrings for a fun weekend-chic vibe. The sweater is thick yet breathable, and its delicate knit detail would look just as great with jeans or layered over a flowy dress. It’s a versatile piece that I’ll be living in on the days the Baltimore weather pops up to 50 degrees.
Bag | Lo & Sons The Pearl in black saffiano
Earrings | Lizzie Fortunato Crater earrings in silver and oxblood
Shoes | The Fortuna flats from M. Gemi are similar
Sweater | Frank and Oak ribbed-cotton crewneck sweater in off-white
Skirt | Aritzia Jude skirt in black – similar here
